You will also serve as an integral member of the broader Clinical Operations Leadership Team, driving program quality, clinical integration, and continuous service enhancement.What You’ll DoOperational & Program Leadership: Direct daily residential facility operations, establish shared team expectations, manage workflow distribution, and ensure clinical services reflect trauma-informed and person-centered best practices.Team Supervision & Culture: Provide ongoing coaching, performance development, and direct supervision to residential supervisors and direct-care staff; champion an inclusive, culturally responsive, and empowering work environment.Regulatory & Quality Compliance: Maintain thorough adherence to Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) licensing rules, statutes, and policies governing IRTS and residential crisis stabilization facilities.Budgetary & Financial Stewardship: Manage program-level operational budgets, monitor expenditures, ensure fiscal accountability, and optimize staffing models.Change Management & Strategic Growth: Navigate external healthcare changes impacting residential service delivery, reimbursement models, and potential facility expansion opportunities.Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Serve on the cross-functional Clinical Operations Team, partnering with clinicians, community providers, county liaisons, and social service stakeholders to ensure coordinated client care.Qualifications & RequirementsRequired Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Social Work, Public Health, Business Administration, Non-Profit Management, or a related behavioral science/human services field.Leadership Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional supervisory and people-management experience (preferably within healthcare, behavioral health, or residential services).Clinical Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of mental health recovery, IRTS/Crisis programming, and trauma-informed care principles.Driver’s License & Vehicle: Valid Class D Driver’s License, reliable personal vehicle, clean driving history, and active auto insurance.Background Clearance: Ability to successfully pass a Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) background study.
Preferred Qualifications
