Program Manager-Physical AI

Bring integrated program management to the division’s flagship autonomous-freight program and its portfolio of parallel initiatives. The work spans vehicle platforms, data collection, compute infrastructure, regulatory dependencies, partner deliverables, and government milestones on hard deadlines. This role is the single source of truth on plan, dependencies, and risk.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and own the integrated program plan for the autonomous trucking program: vehicle platform readiness, data collection, compute environment, regulatory dependencies, and partner deliverables on one timeline.Track every milestone owed to government counterparts and executive forums; drive owners to their deadlines and flag slippage early.Run dependency and risk management across all division fronts: partnership negotiations, regulatory workstreams, technical builds, and major events.Coordinate with the existing engagement project manager on the ministry collaboration: they own the ministry-facing coordination; this role owns the internal, cross-front program plan.Produce status reporting for executive and ministerial review cadences so leadership reviews are prepared without the VP assembling material.Manage readiness for major demonstrations and launch events, including vendor and marketing dependencies.Candidate Profile8–12 years managing complex, multi-stakeholder technology or infrastructure programs.Strong PMO craft: integrated planning, dependency management, risk registers, executive reporting.Automotive, autonomous-vehicle, or large capital-program experience a plus.Comfortable operating across engineering, legal, government, and commercial workstreams simultaneously.Transition and Knowledge TransferThe program-management system (plan structures, trackers, reporting formats) must be documented and handed over to a permanent program lead recruited during the engagement.
