Program Manager/PMO Lead

Position OverviewWe are seeking a driven and strategic Program Manager / PMO Lead to lead cross-functional programs, strengthen project governance, and drive business transformation. If you excel at turning strategy into execution and delivering measurable results, we’d love to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesLead strategic programs and oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Establish PMO frameworks, governance standards, and performance reporting to drive consistency and accountability.Coordinate cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to manage priorities, risks, and dependencies.Track milestones, budgets, and KPIs to ensure timely delivery and continuous improvement.Identify opportunities to optimize processes, enhance efficiency, and maximize business impact.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience in program management, PMO leadership, or complex project delivery.Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination skills.Solid understanding of project governance, risk management, budgeting, and performance tracking.Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification is an advantage.
