Program Manager – Real Estate Transformation

We are seeking a Program Manager – Real Estate Transformation to lead the end-to-end definition and implementation of the technology ecosystem for our real estate business.The role will start by working with business leadership to define the real estate products, services, customer segments, operating model, and customer journeys. The Program Manager will then coordinate the implementation of CRM, ERP, property-management, website, mobile application, portals, integrations, data migration, testing, go-live, and stabilization.Key ResponsibilitiesWork with business leadership to define the real estate product vision, target customers, services, commercial model, channels, and delivery roadmap.Lead discovery workshops and document end-to-end business, operational, financial, customer, and technology requirements.Define the target operating model, business processes, roles, controls, approval workflows, SOPs, and service levels.Develop and maintain the integrated programme plan, including scope, milestones, resources, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.Coordinate implementation of: CRMERP and financial systemsReal estate property-management platformSales and leasing solutionsCorporate and transactional websiteCustomer, tenant, owner, and broker portalsCustomer-facing mobile applicationData, reporting, and analytics solutionsIntegrations with all relevant internal and external applicationsEnsure coverage of key real estate processes, including lead management, unit inventory, pricing, broker management, reservations, sales, leasing, contracts, payment plans, collections, handover, snagging, tenant management, service charges, maintenance, and facilities management.Coordinate Real Estate, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Customer Experience, Operations, IT, vendors, and implementation partners.Manage requirements, designs, delivery milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, change requests, and decisions.Govern integrations with ERP, CRM, payments, banking, escrow, document management, e-signature, websites, mobile applications, and relevant government platforms.Govern SIT, UAT, regression testing, and end-to-end business-process validation.Ensure test scenarios cover positive, negative, exception, financial, regulatory, and cross-system processes.Manage business readiness, including SOPs, training, user access, support arrangements, and operational handover.Coordinate cutover, go-live, hypercare, stabilization, and transition to business-as-usual support.Provide clear reporting on programme progress, risks, dependencies, decisions, and readiness.Track programme KPIs, including lead conversion, unit availability, sales cycle time, occupancy, collections, handover, service resolution, digital adoption, and customer satisfaction.Required Experience and QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business, Real Estate, Technology, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.Minimum eight years of programme, project, product, or business-transformation experience.At least three years of relevant experience in real estate development, property sales, leasing, property management, PropTech, or a related sector.Proven experience delivering a real estate ERP, CRM, property-management, or digital platform from discovery through go-live.Strong understanding of property sales, leasing, customer management, contracts, collections, handover, and property-management processes.Experience managing vendors, implementation partners, business teams, and technology stakeholders.Strong experience in requirements, integrations, data migration, UAT, cutover, and business readiness.Excellent planning, stakeholder-management, communication, and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of UAE real estate processes and regulations is strongly preferred.PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or an equivalent certification is preferred.The ideal candidate will be hands-on, structured, and delivery-focused, with the ability to convert a real estate business vision into an integrated, operational technology solution.
