You’ll lead company-wide initiatives, ensuring that customer requirements, internal deliverables, and supplier agreements align seamlessly.In this role, you’ll be the force that creates clarity and brings alignment, structure, and momentum across engineering, operations, supply chain, customers, and suppliers to ensure our ambitions truly land in the organization.This is a unique opportunity to make a visible impact in a newly created role by helping to build and strengthen program management practices within a fast-growing and technology-driven semiconductor environment.What You’ll Take OnMonitoring planning, deliverables, and dependencies within multidisciplinary teamsActively driving progress towards customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholdersImproving project and program management processes within our Business LinesOverseeing risks, creating clarity, and escalating in time when neededBuilding a future-proof approach for large-scale development trajectoriesWhat You BringBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Technical Business Administration, Strategic Management, or a related field. Proven leadership experience in Program Management or Project Management within the semiconductor, electronics, high-tech manufacturing, or related industry. You have an affinity for technology with the ability to leverage the latest technologies to increase organizational performance. A strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach to executionStrong organizational and leadership skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while remaining calm under pressure. Ability to switch effortlessly between strategic oversight and operational details to bring structureConfidence in influencing stakeholders and driving alignment across diverse teams.
