Program Manager Training & IEC

Program Manager – Training & IECWe are looking for an experienced Program Manager – Training & IEC to lead and support training, Information, Education & Communication (IEC), and capacity-building initiatives under the TN RIGHTS Project, Government of Tamil Nadu.Key Responsibilities:Plan, coordinate and monitor IEC, training and capacity-building activities.Develop and support communication, awareness and advocacy initiatives.Coordinate with Government departments, stakeholders, development organizations and other relevant agencies.Design and facilitate training and capacity-building programs for relevant stakeholders.Review communication and advocacy materials and ensure effective dissemination of project information.Support initiatives related to persons with disabilities and promote inclusive practices.Monitor implementation of training and IEC activities and prepare reports/documentation.Contribute to program planning, stakeholder engagement and effective project communication.Eligibility & Experience:Graduate in any discipline.Postgraduate qualification in Social Sciences, Economics, Rural Management, Development Studies, Public Policy, Public Administration or a relevant discipline is preferred.Minimum 5–7 years of experience in IEC, Training and Capacity Building.Experience with National/State Government, development, donor or similar organizations is preferred.Experience in communication, advocacy, training and capacity building related to Persons with Disabilities (PwD) in Tamil Nadu or a similar context will be an advantage.Preference will be given to candidates who have cleared UPSC Prelims/Mains.Compensation: ₹1,25,000 per monthLocation: Tamil NaduEmployment Type: Full-time | On-site
