Program Manager - Transformation & Delivery

Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Program Manager – Transformation & Delivery to lead complex, cross-functional transformation programs from mobilization through execution and benefits realization.The role will be responsible for end-to-end program delivery, governance, stakeholder management, resource planning, risk and dependency management, and ensuring initiatives achieve defined business outcomes.The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing large-scale transformation initiatives involving data, analytics, automation, and technology.Key Responsibilities1. End-to-End Program DeliveryLead complex, cross-functional programs from initiation and mobilization through delivery and closure.Own program scope, milestones, deliverables, acceptance criteria, quality, risks, and dependencies.Establish clear delivery plans, timelines, milestones, and success measures.Coordinate multiple workstreams and ensure alignment with overall program objectives.Track progress and proactively address delivery risks and deviations.Ensure successful delivery against agreed scope, timelines, quality, and business outcomes.2. Enterprise Mobilization & GovernanceEstablish program structures, governance frameworks, operating rhythms, and delivery controls.Set up governance forums, steering committee meetings, status reviews, and executive reporting mechanisms.Drive alignment across multiple business units, functions, and entities.Maintain program documentation, RAID logs, action trackers, and governance dashboards.Ensure adherence to agreed delivery standards, processes, and quality controls.3. Stakeholder & Escalation ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with senior business, technology, and functional stakeholders.Facilitate discussions around strategic priorities, program risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges.Manage escalations and drive timely resolution of critical issues.Communicate program status, risks, dependencies, and key decisions clearly to leadership.Ensure effective collaboration across cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.4. Program Execution & Benefits RealizationDrive execution across multiple program workstreams and delivery teams.Monitor program performance against agreed KPIs and success measures.Ensure initiatives deliver measurable business outcomes and expected benefits.Identify opportunities to improve delivery efficiency and program performance.Support change management, adoption, and organizational readiness.Ensure effective transition of completed initiatives into business-as-usual operations.5. Resource, Risk & Dependency ManagementPlan and coordinate program resources across business and technology teams.Identify and manage program-level risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.Establish mitigation and recovery plans for critical delivery challenges.Monitor resource capacity and ensure appropriate allocation across workstreams.Escalate critical risks and decisions to the appropriate governance forums.Ideal Candidate ProfileStrong experience in program management and large-scale transformation delivery.Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional programs with multiple workstreams.Experience across Data, Analytics, Automation, Digital or Technology Transformation programs.Strong understanding of program governance, PMO frameworks, RAID management, and executive reporting.Proven senior stakeholder and escalation management experience.Experience working with geographically distributed and cross-functional teams.Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.Strong planning, organizational, analytical, communication, and leadership skills.Experience managing program resources, budgets, risks, dependencies, and delivery outcomes.PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, MSP, SAFe, or equivalent certification is preferred.Key SkillsProgram Management | Transformation Delivery | Program Governance | Stakeholder Management | Risk & Dependency Management | PMO | Data & Analytics | Digital Transformation | Technology Transformation | Agile | Waterfall | Executive Reporting
