🚀 Program Manager – Value Stream Implementation📍 UAE | Banking / Financial Services📅 12-Month Contract | RenewableWe’re looking for an experienced Program Manager with proven, hands-on Value Stream Management (VSM) implementation experience to support a major enterprise-wide transformation.⚠️ Value Stream / End-to-End Value Delivery experience is the key requirement.🔑 What we’re looking for:• Proven experience implementing & embedding Value Stream Management at enterprise scale• Experience defining and mapping end-to-end Value Streams• Strong knowledge of VSM operating models, governance, KPIs and implementation roadmaps• Experience moving from project-based delivery/funding towards product and Value Stream-based models• Experience with Agile at scale and/or Product Operating Models• Strong understanding of portfolio management, prioritisation, funding and governance• Ability to align Business, Technology, Operations, Finance, PMO and Agile teams• 15+ years’ transformation/programme experience, with strong executive stakeholder management• Coming from Banking / Financial Services industryYou’ll play a key role in establishing Value Streams as a core delivery and investment model, improving alignment between strategy, execution and measurable business outcomes.📩 If you’ve genuinely implemented Value Stream Management within a large enterprise, we’d love to hear from you.
