Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and manage a team of Project Managers, ensuring accountability and consistent delivery practicesDirectly manage and deliver assigned projects end-to-end, from initiation and planning through execution, deployment, and closureOversee portfolio planning, resource allocation, prioritization, and capacity managementMonitor project performance, risks, dependencies, budgets, and delivery KPIsManage escalations and drive resolution of critical delivery issuesEnsure consistent project governance, reporting, and compliance with delivery methodologiesCoordinate with senior management, clients, and internal departments to align priorities and expectationsDrive continuous improvement across project management practices and delivery performanceRequirementsProven experience managing multiple projects and leading Project ManagersDemonstrated ability to lead and deliver complex projects independentlyStrong expertise in project governance, portfolio management, risk management, and resource planningExcellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage competing priorities and drive results across multiple teams
