قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجJob Title: Program Services CoordinatorDepartment: Program Services Division of the National Rural Health AssociationReports To: Senior Director of Program Services and DevelopmentFLSA Status: Exempt Position Summary: Assists with the coordination of all program services-related activities associated with various grants, educational events, and initiatives. As a member of the association’s Program Services team, this position assists the Senior Director of Program Services and Development, the Senior Director of Program Services and Contracting, and the Chief Strategy Officer as needed. Provides grant writing and research expertise, as well as logistical support for NRHA-related programs, to help ensure the successful completion of projects and events.Duties include performing specialized and administrative tasks to implement programs that support health care, health policy, and other health-related activities.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the following satisfactorily; other duties may be assigned. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Grants and Contracts· Serves as grant writer and researcher for opportunities related to the NRHA mission.· Assists with the coordination of all related activities required under current cooperative agreements and contracts.· Assists with the coordination, development, and implementation of new grants, contracts, cooperative agreements, and other funding opportunities with oversight by the Senior Director of Program Services and Development.· Works collaboratively with other association staff to ensure all grant-related activities are developed, maintained, and implemented to meet stated objectives and are completed within the related budget and timeframe. Coordination of Specific Program Services Projects:· Assists the program services team with logistical support for NRHA conferences.· Coordinates the collection, analysis, and sharing of best practices on various program as guided by the Senior Director of Program Services and Development.· Assists with the National Rural Health Association’s technical assistance activities through communications, meeting coordination, and reporting.· Assists and coordinates the Health Access, Rural Medical Education, and Annual Rural Health Conferences, the Community Health Worker Training Network, the Rural Health Fellows Program, and the Rural Health Community Capacity Academy.Administrative· Manages program related virtual calls, emails, and correspondence from association members and others.· Maintains notes and reports for various committees and councils related to program services activities.· Maintains program services related content on the NRHA webpage.· Other duties as directed and requested by the Senior Director of Program Services and Development. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.QUALIFICATIONS Advanced degree completed or in progress in public health, health policy, health administration, or another health care-related discipline. Knowledge of rural health programs is preferred. Grant writing and educational conference planning experience are highly preferred. Experience in a nonprofit association setting is also preferred. Excellent communication skills, including writing, editing, and public speaking, are required. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams) for collaborative document creation is required. Strong research and analytical skills are preferred, as is demonstrated knowledge of health policy and program planning. Must be able to work collaboratively with a team and work independently to meet all deadlines. A minimum of two years of related experience in the health care field is required. The anticipated salary is between $50,000 and $55,000. A competitive benefits package is offered.LOCATIONThe position is located in Washington, DC. Occasional travel (less than 10%) may be required.
