Application deadline: Wednesday, 30 September 2026.Role DescriptionFull-time, on-site Programme Assistant based in Dubai. This is an entry-level role. Ideal for someone early in their career or making a first move into education, childcare, or the arts. Salary is set accordingly; please only apply if your expectations align with an entry-level package in Dubai.o You'll support classroom delivery, assist the educator, and be a key point of contact for parents.o Support educators with putting together class content and documents.o Ensure the learning environment is welcoming and organised.o Handle classroom admin which includes attendance records, coordinating drop-offs and pick-ups with parents, and managing company equipment.o Support and assist students in class as and when required.o Take pictures and videos of in-class activities for social media.o Assist the team coordinate events which include showcases, exams and workshops.o Support the team manage queries, enrolments, and parent comms.Who We're Looking Foro Fluent English and strong communication skills.o Excellent organisational skills, attention to details, and proactive.o Able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.o Competent with admin/tech tools (Google Sheets, Excel, email).o Comfortable working with children and parents in an educational setting.o Interest in photography, videography and social media.o Competence in developing and putting together content for social media. o A background in education, performing arts or customer service is a plus, not a requirement.TraitsWe’re looking for someone who takes initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do next.
