This role will be responsible for driving enterprise-wide programmes that span Data, Technology, Audit, Finance, and Marketing functions, ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and transformation goals.The successful candidate will have a strong track record of managing complex technology programmes within large-scale, highly regulated environments, driving stakeholder engagement, governance, delivery excellence, and measurable business outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesProgramme Leadership & DeliveryLead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale technology and data transformation programmes. Develop and maintain programme roadmaps, milestones, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resource plans. Ensure timely delivery of programme objectives while maintaining quality, governance, and compliance standards. Establish programme governance frameworks, steering committees, and reporting structures. Data & Technology TransformationDrive strategic initiatives across enterprise data platforms, analytics, data governance, and reporting capabilities. Partner with technology leadership teams to deliver complex cross-functional transformation programmes. Support the implementation of modern data architectures, cloud technologies, automation, and digital transformation initiatives. Align technology investments with business priorities and enterprise architecture standards. Business Stakeholder ManagementAct as the primary interface between senior business stakeholders and technology teams. Collaborate with stakeholders across Audit, Finance, Marketing, Risk, Operations, and Technology functions. Present programme updates, risks, achievements, and recommendations to executive leadership and steering committees. Manage expectations and ensure effective communication throughout the programme lifecycle. Risk, Governance & ComplianceProactively identify programme risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing appropriate mitigation strategies. Ensure programmes operate within established governance and regulatory frameworks. Monitor compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and project management standards. Drive effective change control and decision-making processes. Financial & Resource ManagementManage programme budgets, forecasts, vendor engagement, and resource allocation. Ensure optimal utilisation of internal teams, consultants, and third-party partners. Track programme benefits, KPIs, and return on investment. Change & AdoptionDevelop and execute change management and stakeholder engagement strategies. Drive user adoption of new technologies, processes, and data capabilities. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across delivery teams. Required Experience10+ years of programme and project management experience within large enterprise environments. Proven experience delivering complex technology and data transformation programmes. Strong understanding of enterprise technology landscapes, data management, analytics, and digital transformation. Experience managing programmes spanning multiple business functions including Finance, Audit, Marketing, Operations, and Technology. Demonstrated experience working within highly regulated industries, preferably financial services or banking. Strong knowledge of programme governance, budgeting, vendor management, and risk management. Experience managing senior executive stakeholders and steering committees.
