🚀 We’re Hiring: Programme / PMO Manager – Capital Markets Technology Transformation📍 Riyadh, Saudi Arabia🕒 Full-time | Client-facing engagement🏢 ProjactiveProjactive is looking for an experienced Programme / PMO Manager to join a major technology transformation programme within the Saudi financial services and capital markets sector.This is a hands-on programme leadership role supporting the replacement and transformation of a business-critical capital markets platform, working across business, technology, vendors and senior stakeholders.The RoleYou will take ownership of the day-to-day programme management and PMO governance, helping drive a complex, multi-workstream transformation from planning through implementation and go-live.Key responsibilities include:Establish and maintain the integrated programme plan, milestones and critical pathLead programme governance, reporting and executive-level status managementManage RAID, dependencies, decisions, actions and change controlCoordinate business, technology, implementation partners and third-party vendorsTrack delivery across requirements, solution implementation, testing, UAT, data migration and readiness activitiesSupport regulatory and market-readiness activities where applicableDrive issue resolution and escalate critical programme risks appropriatelyMonitor programme performance, deliverables and resource requirementsPrepare Steering Committee and senior management reportingEnsure strong governance while maintaining delivery momentumSupport cutover, go-live readiness and transition into operationsWhat We’re Looking ForWe are particularly interested in candidates with:8+ years of project/programme management or PMO experienceDemonstrable experience managing large technology transformation programmesStrong programme governance and stakeholder-management capabilitiesExperience working with multiple vendors and cross-functional delivery teamsStrong understanding of the technology delivery lifecycle, including requirements, implementation, testing, UAT, migration and go-liveExcellent executive reporting and communication skillsAbility to operate effectively in complex, high-pressure delivery environmentsPMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, MSP or equivalent certification preferredHighly DesirableExperience in one or more of the following would be a significant advantage:Capital marketsBrokerage or securitiesOrder Management Systems (OMS)Trading platformsInvestment management technologyFinancial services transformationRegulatory or exchange-related technology programmesLocation & AvailabilityThe role is based in Riyadh and requires strong engagement with client stakeholders.Candidates who are currently based in Saudi Arabia, have a transferable Iqama and can join at short notice will be prioritised.Why Projactive?Projactive is a specialised transformation and programme delivery firm working alongside clients on complex strategic and technology initiatives.
