The company’s mission is to transform traditional processes into intelligent, scalable systems that support faster growth and greater control.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Programmer role based in Dubai. The Programmer will design, develop, and maintain software components that power AI-driven CRM systems, automation tools, and operational dashboards. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing and testing clean, efficient code, implementing back-end services and APIs, and integrating third-party platforms such as messaging and social media tools. The role involves collaborating with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions, as well as troubleshooting issues, optimizing performance, and improving system reliability. The Programmer will also contribute to code reviews, documentation, and continuous improvement of development practices.Qualifications Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.Proficiency in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), with experience using modern programming languages.Hands-on experience in Software Development, including design, implementation, testing, and deployment of applications.Practical skills in Back-End Web Development, such as building APIs, working with databases, and integrating external services.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Familiarity with AI-driven or data-intensive applications, and an interest in automation and workflow optimization.Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment, communicate clearly, and manage multiple tasks effectively.Experience with version control (e.g., Git), testing frameworks, and modern development tools; knowledge of cloud platforms is an advantage.
