The institution aims to provide an excellent learning experience in Management and Engineering, fostering both academic rigor and character development.Role Description The Programming Trainer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Puttaparthi. The trainer will design and deliver classroom and lab-based sessions in programming languages and related technologies, following the institution’s curriculum and academic guidelines. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, creating instructional materials and practical exercises, assessing learner performance through assignments and tests, and providing constructive feedback and mentoring. The trainer will collaborate with other faculty members to align course content with industry needs, support academic projects, and participate in departmental meetings and academic events. The role also involves staying updated with emerging programming tools and best practices to continuously improve teaching quality and student outcomes.Qualifications Solid knowledge of core programming languages (such as C, C++, Java, Python) and fundamental computer science concepts.Experience in curriculum delivery, lesson planning, and classroom or lab-based instruction for technical subjects.Ability to design practical exercises, projects, and assessments that build applied programming skills.Strong communication, presentation, and mentoring skills to support diverse learners.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a closely related field.Prior teaching, training, or academic experience in higher education or professional institutes is preferred.Comfort with educational technologies, coding tools, and learning management systems.Commitment to value-based education and willingness to contribute to the institution’s holistic development ethos.
