You’ll guide parents with proactive updates, solve challenges early, and nurture trust-based relationships that help every student thrive.What You Will Do:Deliver Timely Updates: Provide clear, consistent, and trusted progress reports to parents about their child's learning journey.Build Meaningful Relationships: Establish long-term, trust-based partnerships with students and their families.Proactive Problem Solving: Address concerns early and smoothly resolve learning or scheduling issues.Drive Growth & Retention: Encourage course renewals and parent referrals through warm, personalized support.Track & Monitor Insights: Keep an eye on progress data to flag early signs of student disengagement and intervene thoughtfully.What You Bring:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for building trust.Strong problem-solving abilities and sharp attention to detail.A caring, proactive mindset combined with a team-first attitude.Confidence in presenting program value and supporting student retention.Willingness to be placed on-site at English 1 Permata Hijau, South Jakarta.
