Aktek Bilişim, a company under Akkök Holding, is looking for a Project Manager to join its Project and Portfolio Management Office.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.Minimum 8 years of IT Project Management experience, including ERP implementations, digital transformation, emerging technology, and AI/GenAI projects,Proven experience managing full-cycle SAP and/or Oracle E-Business Suite implementation, rollout, upgrade, or transformation projects.Experience working in a PMO environment with strong knowledge of project governance, RAID management, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.Strong understanding of ERP environments, business processes, integrations, and enterprise technology landscapes.Strong curiosity for emerging technologies, with the ability to identify and leverage AI/GenAI opportunities to enhance business processes, productivity, and project delivery.Experience in a holding or multi-company group structure is a strong plus.Experience with Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid project management methodologies.Experience with project management tools such as Jira and Microsoft Project is preferred.PMP certification is required.Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Fluent English, both written and spoken.Experience in manufacturing or multi-company/holding environments is preferred.Willingness to travel domestically as required.Job DescriptionLead and coordinate multiple ERP project teams and workstreams to ensure successful project delivery.Manage end-to-end ERP implementation, rollout, upgrade, and transformation projects within scope, budget, quality, and timeline.Collaborate with SAP/Oracle consultants, developers, business teams, clients, and other cross-functional stakeholders.Build strong relationships with executive stakeholders and ensure clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.Establish, maintain, and continuously improve PMO governance, methodologies, standards, and reporting processes.Own and drive RAID management across the project portfolio, ensuring timely identification, mitigation, escalation, and resolution of risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.Prepare and present executive-level dashboards, KPIs, status reports, and governance updates for senior management and steering committees.Monitor project financials, including budgets, forecasts, resources, and overall project performance.Ensure effective project governance, stage-gate management, resource planning, and reporting standards.Apply appropriate Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid, and ERP methodologies based on project requirements.Support organizational change initiatives and promote project management best practices across teams.Lead and mentor project teams while fostering collaboration, accountability, and high performance.No restrictions on domestic travel.
