Assist in the coordination, monitoring, and adjustment of service-based projects, including managing variations in scope, scheduling changes, and client-specific requirements to ensure each project is delivered efficiently and in accordance with agreed terms.2. Act as a central point of contact for project-related inquiries, addressing operational issues, resolving service disruptions, and ensuring that any concerns affecting project delivery or client satisfaction are handled promptly.3. Oversee and maintain accurate project documentation, including work orders, service agreements, scheduling records, compliance documentation, and completion reports to ensure full traceability of each project.4. Work closely with Operations Supervisors, team leaders, clients, and external stakeholders to ensure that project milestones, timelines, and quality expectations are consistently met across all service engagements.5. Support senior management by identifying risks, delays, or operational challenges within ongoing projects, and facilitating the implementation of corrective actions and strategic decisions.6. Monitor and review the performance of contractors and cleaning teams assigned to specific projects, ensuring adherence to project specifications, service standards, and reporting any variations or deviations from agreed work plans.7. Prepare and review project-related reports, including progress updates, service outcomes, incident reports, and operational summaries to support internal evaluation and client communication.8. Collect and analyse project data, such as completion times, resource allocation, service frequency, and client feedback, to assess project performance, identify trends, and contribute to continuous improvement in project delivery.Desired Skills & Qualifications- 3 years of full time experience.- At least a Diploma or equivalent in experienceSalary:AUD 79.600 + super
