Project Administrator

Dear Candidate,Greetings from Penta Global !!We are currently seeking an experienced professional for the position of Project Administrator to support our major Oil & Gas/EPC projects in the UAE.Please find below a brief overview of the role: Position: Project Administrator Key Responsibilities:Lead all HR and administrative operations at the project site.Manage site mobilization and demobilization activities.Oversee attendance, leave management, and manpower allocation.Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and ADNOC site requirements.Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary matters.Coordinate site administration, including accommodation, transportation, site access, and welfare facilities.Support payroll processing through accurate manpower reporting and documentation.Maintain employee records and site administration documentation.Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders on manpower and administrative requirements.Promote a positive work environment and employee engagement initiatives.

Requirements
