Who we areMy Nerdy Teacher creates digital learning resources for kids ages 3 to 12. We started our journey in 2014, and we have been growing ever since. We make printable books, worksheets, games and activities that cover reading, math, writing and social-emotional skills. Customers buy our products and print them themselves.We sell our products on our own online store, membership site and 3rd party platforms. Most of the team is based in Cluj-Napoca, with teammates in the US, LATAM and the Philippines.Why this role existsWe always have 4 to 5 products in the pipeline, with resources shifting between concurrent projects. We need someone to own the plan, the priorities and the process.What success looks likeFirst 90 days: you fully own product delivery, from brief to launch. Every active project has an owner, a timeline and visible blockers.First year: the whole pipeline runs on systems you built.This role offers an opportunity to grow into Head of Operations as you take on broader operational responsibility.What you'll doProject management (about 70%)Manage 4 to 5 product projects at once, from brief to launchIdentify which team members from the internal bench get assigned to each project, balance workloads, plan coverKeep deadlines, dependencies, and hand-offs on trackRun kickoffs, check-ins and launch checklists, and coordinate publishingKeep our Asana and Notion up to dateOperations and admin (about 30%)Build and document our SOPsHandle people ops: contracts, onboarding, days off, coverCoordinate marketing deliverables, product fixes, membership site processes, and asset librariesTrack project spendingSet up tools, templates, and how-to guidesWhat we're looking forMust-haves:5+ years of project management and operations experienceExperience running several projects at onceExperience managing contractors and solving conflicts while keeping launch datesThe habit of reporting project health and risks before anyone asksProcesses you built and documented that kept running after you moved onFluent EnglishNice to haves:A background in e-commerce, edtech, publishing or softwareHands-on Asana or Notion setup, not just useYou areSuper organized.
