It is separate from the live-in caretaker and chef roles we will also be hiring for.WHAT YOU’LL DO• Work closely with the founder to turn priorities and ideas into clear project plans and timelines.• Drive property-improvement and readiness projects from decision to completion.• Coordinate contractors, painters, carpenters, electricians, tailors, photographers, designers and local vendors.• Follow up persistently, identify delays early and keep every open thread moving.• Oversee cabin readiness, maintenance, repairs, procurement and quality checks.• Work with the ground team to improve cleaning, check-ins, guest requests, inventories and issue resolution.• Work closely with the founder to build practical SOPs, checklists and operating systems for the property.• Coordinate updates across Airbnb, Google Business Profile, photography, reviews and other guest-facing channels.• Help manage selected content and brand projects by coordinating briefs, assets, people and deadlines.• Keep bills, purchases, salary information and vendor-payment records organised, and coordinate approved payments with the founder and accountant.• Source and procure the products and services the property needs—from fire extinguishers and maintenance supplies to gardeners and specialist vendors—or assign and follow up on the work through the ground team.• Give the founder a clear weekly view of progress, pending decisions, risks and next actions.• Take ownership of problems until they are genuinely closed—not merely passed to somebody else.WHO YOU ARE• You have 1–5 years of relevant experience in hospitality, property operations, project management, events, a founder’s office or another execution-heavy environment.• Strong hospitality experience can compensate for not having held a formal operations title.• You are highly organised and genuinely enjoy timelines, lists, checklists and trackers.• You communicate clearly and calmly with founders, guests, ground staff, contractors and creative partners.• You are comfortable working in both Hindi and English.• You have practical judgement and can distinguish what is urgent, important or merely distracting.• You notice when work is incomplete or quality is below standard.• You have enough aesthetic instinct to protect a thoughtful, premium guest experience.• You are comfortable using Google Sheets, Docs, WhatsApp and similar coordination tools.• You have high integrity when handling money, payments, property information and guest details.• You take initiative, ask sensible questions and do not need constant reminders.• A valid driving licence and the ability to drive would be a strong advantage, as the role may involve local vendor visits and procurement.YOU’LL THRIVE HERE IF YOU…• Want a front-row seat to building a wellness hospitality brand from the ground up.• Enjoy working closely with a founder and turning a large vision into daily execution.• Can move comfortably between big-picture planning and small on-ground details.• Like creating order where systems do not yet exist.• Understand that building something beautiful also involves leaks, delays, negotiations, follow-ups and unglamorous problem-solving.• Are comfortable with the idea of living in Himachal and genuinely appreciate a lifestyle that is slower, calmer and closer to nature.• Feel drawn to mountain life, hospitality, wellness and meaningful work without needing the environment to feel corporate.• Want genuine ownership and accountability—not a narrowly defined desk job.WHY JOINThis isn’t simply a coordination role. It is an opportunity to help build the operating foundation of a Himalayan wellness and retreat space at an early stage. You’ll work directly with the founder, influence how the property operates and see your decisions reflected in real projects and real guest experiences. The role is fully on-site in Raison. Meals will be provided while you are at work.Accommodation is not included, but the founder and local ground team will help you find a suitable rental nearby.TO APPLYApply on LinkedIn and also email a short introduction to bangaribhav@gmail.com with:• A brief introduction about yourself.• Your CV or LinkedIn profile.• One example of a project or operation you owned from beginning to end.• Why this particular role and INUKSUKH interest you.• Your current location and availability.• Confirmation that you are willing to relocate near Raison.• Your current and expected salary.Use the subject line:Project & Operations Manager — INUKSUKH
