Project Analyst (UAE National)

Job Purpose: Assist in managing day-to-day Escrow transactions.Perform key tasks under the supervision of the Senior Escrow Officer, which includes document preparation, client communication, issue resolution, & compliance with RERA regulations.Key Accountabilities:Track & maintain unit buyer inflow based on client payments.Preparation of all documentation related to the A/C opening of the developer, as well as the Escrow A/C.Reconcile Escrow Sub account reconciliation.Maintaining proper records of daily transactions.Report daily Escrow transactions to the Dubai Land online platform (TAS).Preparation of the Collection Report.Preparation of Cashflows - Outflows.Preparing monthly reports to be presented to RERA.Maintaining client files as per RERA regulations.Verification of the "payment request" as per RERA rules & regulations.Processing of operations on the Escrow A/C (receivables from client-retention A/C).Preparation and validation of all documents related to any payments issued from Escrow A/C (Management, Construction, Marketing, Sales, etc.)Qualifications:Bachelor’s DegreeMinimum of 1 year experience in Banking under the similar roleKnowledge in Microsoft Office related softwareFluency in Arabic & English
