From innovative Family Entertainment Centers (FECs) and interactive soft play zones to bespoke interior architectural environments, we bring imaginative concepts to life. We are expanding our execution capabilities and looking for a dedicated Project Architect / Site Architect to oversee site developments, manage contractor operations, and drive design excellence from blueprints to completion.Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Architect / Site Architect to join our team. In this role, you will be the bridge between design concepts, engineering coordination, and on-site execution. You will take full ownership of site supervision, vendor management, technical detailing, Fit-Out/MEP integration, and compliance to ensure our unique entertainment and play space projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesSite Supervision & Quality Control: Oversee daily on-site execution, interior fit-outs, structural/MEP coordination, and finishing works to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.Design Coordination: Review, redline, and approve shop drawings, material samples, standard details, and architectural intent drawings before site deployment.Technical Interface: Resolve on-site design conflicts, RFIs (Requests for Information), and technical discrepancies efficiently between interior designers, MEP contractors, civil contractors, and specialist vendors.Contractor & Vendor Management: Coordinate closely with main contractors, sub-contractors, ELV/MEP suppliers, and specialized fabricators to maintain workflow momentum and project milestones.Authority Approvals & Compliance: Assist in coordinating with local authorities, facility managers, and mall/building management to ensure all safety, health, and building regulation codes are strictly followed.Progress Reporting: Maintain site logs, inspect work progress, generate daily/weekly site observation reports, and ensure Snag Lists are tracked and resolved prior to handover.Requirements & QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.Experience: 3 to 6+ years of proven experience as a Site Architect or Project Architect, ideally within retail, commercial interiors, interior fit-out, or entertainment/hospitality projects in the UAE.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D visualization tools.Deep understanding of architectural details, MEP/ELV integration, civil fit-outs, and material specifications.Familiarity with local UAE building codes, civil defense standards, and authority approval processes.Competencies:Strong on-site problem-solving and decision-making skills.Excellent communication and negotiation skills for managing vendors and site teams.High attention to detail, safety standards, and project timelines.What We OfferCompetitive compensation package based on experience.Opportunity to lead exciting, creative, and landmark leisure & entertainment projects.A collaborative, energetic, and growth-oriented work environment.
