Project Civil Engineer

About the RoleWe are recruiting on behalf of a landscaping and water feature contractor for an experienced Project Civil Engineer to oversee the execution of swimming pool, water feature, and hard landscaping projects.This role is ideal for a hands-on-site professional with strong technical expertise in RCC works, waterproofing, pool construction, and associated MEP systems. This role will be based in Ajman, UAE where their project site is located.About the Requirements Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering5 - 7 years of relevant experience in: Swimming pool construction, Water feature projects, Hard landscaping worksExcellent understanding of site management principles, including planning, supervision, coordination, and reporting. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specificationsStrong communication and problem-solving skillsUAE driving license and own vehicle are mandatoryAbout YouPlan, organize, supervise, coordinate, and report on site activities to ensure successful project delivery. Manage day-to-day construction activities for swimming pools, water features, and hard landscaping projectsExecute and supervise: RCC works, Waterproofing works, Pool shell construction, Retaining walls, Kerbs and interlocks, Paving works, Stone cladding, and Hard landscape installationsCoordinate and supervise MEP installations related to swimming pool and water feature systemsMonitor project progress, quality standards, and adherence to project specificationsCoordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholdersPrepare site reports, progress updates, and project documentation.
