Throughout its growth, Elite has remained committed to quality, innovation, and exceptional customer service.Role Summary: The Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting and managing commercial projects from award through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role acts as the primary liaison between Elite's manufacturing facility, sales representatives, estimators, subcontractors, installers, and customers to ensure seamless project execution and an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing and construction environment. They possess strong communication, project coordination, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the liaison between the plant, sales representatives, subcontractors, estimating team, installers, and customers.Coordinate project schedules, inventory, installation requirements, and project deadlines.Create shop drawings, specification drawings, and electrical wiring diagrams.Prepare quotes with the take-off team and maintain project costing spreadsheets.Review pricing, scope of work, and bidding documents prior to project award.Ensure awarded projects are successfully coordinated from start to finish.Maintain accurate project information, activities, stages, and follow-ups in Salesforce.Enter product requirements and orders accurately into Elite’s systems. Issue Purchase Orders to the plant, installers, engineers, and other subtrades.Coordinate progress and final billings with the Project Controller and ensure project invoices are properly cross-referenced.Maintain strong customer relationships and support account management activities.Complete occasional site visits and support the Project Manager as required.Identify opportunities to improve workflow and customer satisfaction.Experience3+ years of work experience in related industries.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong problem-solving skills and organizational skills.Experience in the manufacturing and/or construction industries is preferred.Strong attention to detail.High-performing and resourceful.Self-directed, with the ability to prioritize activities that deliver results.A continuous learner who seeks ways to improve.A genuine relationship builder.Why Join Us: Gain real exposure to day-to-day operations and meaningful projectsWork closely with experienced professionals and gain valuable hands-on experience.Have your ideas heard and make a meaningful impact on how we work.Build technical and interpersonal skills that will support your career growth.Join a collaborative and supportive team committed to helping you learn, develop, and succeed.Diversity & Inclusion At Elite Window Fashions, we are committed to creating an inclusive workplace where individual differences are recognized, valued, and respected.
