Project Co-ordinator

Design Envoy is looking for a proactive and organized Project Coordinator to join our growing team.You will work closely with our Project Management Team to coordinate interior and fit-out projects, work with different teams, and help deliver projects on time and to the required quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate project activities with the Project Management TeamFollow up with site teams, suppliers, contractors, and other parties involved in the projectMonitor project progress and provide regular updatesCoordinate materials, deliveries, and work schedules as requiredIdentify site issues and communicate them to the relevant team membersMaintain proper project records and documentationRequirementsMinimum 4–5 years of experience in interior fit-out, furniture manufacturing, construction, or project/site supervisionGCE O/L with a relevant technical qualificationAbility to interpret production drawings and technical details accuratelyExcellent verbal and written communication skillsGood problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to prioritize and handle multiple tasksValid motorcycle riding licence and own motorcycle
