Arch Project Group (APG) is looking for a Project Co-ordinator – Team Lead to guide a small, committed team delivering construction and insurance projects across regional Victoria and New South Wales.This role would suit someone with strong experience in project co-ordination or a similar role, ideally within construction or insurance, although this is not essential. You will bring structure, accountability and calm leadership to a growing team. You will also manage your own projects, support your team, track progress and give the organisation clear updates on how the team is performing. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will encourage your team for growth and development whilst also managing your own projects working cohesively as a team,Your responsibilities will include:Leading, supporting and developing your team so work is completed well, KPI’s are met internally and for work providersOverseeing projects across insurance, private and facilities maintenance, ensuring accurate information, clear communication and consistent processes are maintainedTracking team and builder performance, identifying issues early and reporting clearly to the Regional Construction ManagerReviewing workflows and current processes within the Project Co-ordination space to ensure all responsibilities are clearly understood and are adhered toBeing the first point of contact for problems, delays and client concerns that require additional supportMaintaining strong relationships with clients, insurers, trades and internal stakeholders ABOUT YOUYou are organised, reliable and calm under pressure. You lead by example and are comfortable working alongside your team. You communicate clearly, keep people informed and take responsibility for achieving positive outcomes.Ideally, you will bring:Experience in project co-ordination or administration in construction, insurance or a related industry. Cert III/Diploma qualification highly regarded but not essentialExperience (or clear readiness) leading or supervising a small teamA practical understanding of insurance building including scope, variations and compliance (highly valued)Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities across your own work and your team’sConfidence in tracking performance and reporting clearly on progressExcellent communication, customer service and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office is essential and knowledge of Prime ecosystem and or Procore highly desirableAbility to learn new systems and processes quicklyA practical, positive approach, with good judgement and a willingness to take ownershipMost importantly, bring your leadership qualities and your industry knowledge, and we will support you with the rest.We believe a diverse and inclusive team drives innovation and success.
