Role OverviewAt Quest, we are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to serve as the operational anchor for our team. In this role, you will be the critical bridge between our clients' requests and our internal team's execution. Your primary mission is to receive tasks, briefs, and feedback from clients, carefully organize them, and accurately input them into our project management system. If you thrive on order, have an eagle eye for detail, and love turning chaotic requests into clear, actionable steps for creative teams, you are exactly who we are looking for.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the first point of contact for receiving daily tasks, briefs, revisions, and requests directly from clients or Account Managers.Review all incoming requests to ensure they contain all necessary details, assets, and clear deadlines before passing them onto the execution team.Accurately input, categorize, and assign tasks to the appropriate internal team members (Designers, Copywriters, Marketers) using our project management system (clickup).Organize and maintain the project management board daily, ensuring that task statuses, priorities, and deadlines are always up to date.Assist the Project Manager in tracking workflow progress, identifying bottlenecks, and ensuring the team has everything they need to complete tasks efficiently.Requirements & QualificationsProven experience as a Project Coordinator, Traffic Manager, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar operational role (experience in a marketing/advertising agency is a strong plus).Hands-on experience with project management and task-tracking software (clickup).Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle high volumes of tasks and prioritize them effectively.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate vague client requests into clear, digestible instructions for the team.Extreme attention to detail—you don't let missing files, vague feedback, or unassigned tasks slip through the cracks.
