The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of project management, cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and project performance reporting.Responsibilities: Track project costs and analyze variances against approved budgets. Prepare and maintain Budget at Completion (BAC), Estimate to Complete (ETC), and Estimate at Completion (EAC). Monitor project progress and financial performance. Prepare cost forecasts, cash-flow reports, and management dashboards. Support project managers in identifying cost risks and implementing corrective actions. Apply Earned Value Management principles and track key performance indicators. Coordinate with project teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting. Support monthly project reviews and financial closing activities. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering. Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in project controls and cost management. Experience in project budgeting, cost control, forecasting, and financial performance analysis. Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices. PMP certification is preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project controls/reporting tools. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience with Primavera P6, Power BI, or ERP systems is an advantage.
