The intern will support project control activities, including assisting with budgeting, cost tracking, and financial reporting for ongoing construction projects. Daily tasks include collecting and analyzing project data, preparing cost and progress reports, and helping monitor variances between planned and actual performance. The intern will collaborate with project managers, engineers, and the technical office to maintain accurate documentation and support decision-making. This role offers exposure to BIM-enabled workflows, construction management practices, and continuous improvement of project efficiency.Qualifications Strong foundation in project-related financial oversight, including Cost Control and Cost Management skills.Ability to support structured project monitoring and reporting through Project Control and Budgeting skills.Demonstrated Analytical Skills for interpreting data, identifying trends, and supporting data-driven decisions.Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.Basic understanding of construction project workflows; familiarity with BIM concepts is an advantage.Proficiency in MS Excel and other relevant office or project management tools; exposure to cost-control software is a plus.Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; Turkish language skills are beneficial.
