Project Control Manage

Role Description The Project Control Manager will oversee project performance, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met for assigned initiatives. This part-time hybrid role is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with a combination of onsite work and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring project progress, preparing status reports, tracking costs, and supporting risk and issue management. The role involves coordinating with project managers, program leads, and stakeholders to maintain alignment with project objectives and organizational priorities. The Project Control Manager will also contribute to improving project control processes and tools to enhance efficiency and transparency.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, track performance indicators, and support decision-making.Candidates should possess Program Management and Project Management skills to coordinate activities, manage project plans, and support delivery across multiple initiatives.Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders, prepare reports, and present findings clearly.Candidates should possess Budgeting skills to help manage project financials, monitor expenditures, and support cost control.Relevant experience in project control, PMO, or project management roles, preferably within consulting, construction, engineering, or corporate environments.Familiarity with project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar) and proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, project management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities in a part-time hybrid setting, and maintain high attention to detail.
