قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجJob Purpose:Lead and oversee project controls activities across real estate development projects, ensuring effective planning, scheduling, cost control, risk management, and performance monitoring to deliver projects within approved scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Help develop and oversee the implementation of the department's policies, procedures, standards, and controls covering project planning, scheduling, cost, risk, change management, and reporting.Establish and maintain project control frameworks, baselines, systems, and processes throughout the project lifecycle.Lead the development and monitoring of integrated project schedules, milestones, budgets, forecasts, and key performance indicators.Monitor project performance against approved cost and schedule baselines, identifying variances, trends, risks, and potential impacts.Oversee cost control activities including budget monitoring, commitments, payments, cash flow, forecasting, and Estimate at Completion (EAC).Ensure effective project progress measurement and performance reporting, including earned value management where applicable.Lead the project change control process and assess the impact of changes on project scope, cost, schedule, and resources.Oversee project risk and opportunity management, ensuring key risks are identified, monitored, and appropriately mitigated.Prepare and consolidate project controls reports, dashboards, forecasts, and management presentations to support informed decision-making.Provide early warnings and recommendations regarding potential delays, cost overruns, and project performance issues.Coordinate with development, design, procurement, construction, commercial, finance, and other stakeholders to ensure effective project controls integration.Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of project controls data and reporting through appropriate systems such as PMIS.Support the development of recovery, mitigation, acceleration, and optimization plans when project performance deviates from approved targets.Lead, develop, and manage the project controls team, ensuring effective resource allocation, performance, and continuous capability development.Drive continuous improvement, standardization, digitalization, and automation of project controls processes and systems.Qualification and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.Professional certification in Project Management or Project Controls such as PMP, PMI-SP, or equivalent is preferred.Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in project controls, planning, cost management, or project management within real estate development and construction projects.Strong knowledge of project planning and scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 and MS Project, PMIS, cost control, risk management, forecasting, and project performance reporting.
