Project Control Manager

Job Summary: The Project Control Manager is responsible for planning, cost control, scheduling, progress measurement, and project performance reporting across EPC projects, ensuring projects are delivered within approved cost and schedule baselines.Duties & Responsibilities:Develop and maintain project schedules (baseline and updates)Manage project cost control systems and budget trackingPrepare project performance reports (cost, schedule, progress)Conduct variance analysis and highlight deviationsCoordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teamsSupport risk analysis and mitigation planningMonitor earned value management (EVM) metricsPrepare client and internal project reporting dashboardsSupport change order and variation cost analysisEnsure alignment of project controls with contract requirementsAssist in project forecasting and completion estimatesRequirementsExperience: +8 years of experience in project controls within EPC projectsEducation: Bachelor's degree in engineering, Project Management, or related fieldProficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and cost control systemsRequired Skills & Abilities:1- Core Competencies:Analytical ThinkingAttention to DetailProblem SolvingCommunication SkillsStakeholder ManagementTime ManagementAccountabilityDecision Making2- Technical Skills:Project Scheduling (Primavera P6 / MS Project)Cost Control & BudgetingEarned Value Management (EVM)Project Reporting SystemsRisk Analysis & ForecastingContract Awareness (EPC Contracts)Excel Advanced ModelingProgress Measurement Systems
