Apply & track with Apply EdgePosition: Project Control Manager (Client Side)Location: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaPaying SAR 40,000 - SAR 45,000 (depending on experience)A leading real estate developer in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is looking for an experienced Project / Controls Manager to join its growing team.The ideal candidate will have strong developer-side and consultant-facing experience, with a solid understanding of project controls, contracts, cost, timelines, and payment management.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee consultant and developer contracts and ensure contractual obligations are effectively managedMonitor overall project schedules, milestones, and delivery timelinesLead cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reportingReview and manage payment applications, valuations, invoices, and approvalsCoordinate closely with consultants, contractors, project managers, and internal development teamsMonitor project performance against cost, schedule, and contractual commitmentsIdentify and manage potential commercial, contractual, cost, and schedule risksPrepare regular reports and dashboards for senior managementSupport effective decision-making throughout the project lifecycleKey requirements:10+ years of relevant experience in project controls, project management, commercial management, or a related fieldStrong experience working with real estate developers and consultantsExcellent knowledge of contracts, project timelines, cost control, payments, and reportingExperience managing complex, large-scale real estate / development projectsStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsSaudi Arabia / GCC experience is preferred
