In this role, you will play a crucial part in industrialization project management. This is an opportunity to be part of the future of the electric vehicle industry and its road toward de-carbonization.FeladatokResponsible for the work package of Technology/EquipmentResponsible for customer docking and demand identificationRegularly report to customers on project industrialization related situationsIdentify demand changes proposed by customers related to project industrialization, and accurately convey them to relevant parties in time.Develop a project implementation plan, propose project personnel requirements, and build up a project teamResponsible for identifying and managing project risksControl and manage project implementation progress, and coordinate resources to solve problems and escalate overdue issues.Propose measures to the project team aimed at handling project-related issues, after in house discussion with the company’s legal department;Coordinate with relevant departments to promote factory design, infrastructure, equipment purchase, commissioning, etc.Regularly summarize the project progress and formulate a progress report for superiors and relevant departmentsOrganize and attend regular project meetings and take meeting minutesArchive and manage related project files and drawingsElvárásokBSc in chemistry, materials, mechanics or similar science or engineering fieldAt least 3-year proven work experience in lithium battery or automobile industryKnowledge of project management and IATF16949 quality management system; PMP certificate is preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office software, especially excellent PPT writing ability, Project softwareAwareness of information confidentialityGood team communication ability, fast learning ability, strong organization and coordination ability.Hungarian – native, English - business proficient
