Projects Coordination ManagerAbout the RoleThe Projects Coordination Manager is responsible for coordinating the planning, design, execution, and delivery of multiple development projects from concept through completion. The role ensures seamless collaboration between internal departments, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards while maintaining compliance with regulatory and company requirements. The Projects Coordination Manager will report to the Head of Supervision.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate all phases of project development, from concept design through construction and project handover.Manage project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and reporting across multiple projects.Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, authorities, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.Review architectural, structural, civil, and MEP designs to ensure compliance with project objectives and technical standards.Monitor project progress and proactively identify and resolve technical, commercial, and operational issues.Facilitate communication between design, commercial, procurement, construction, sales, and asset management teams.Ensure project delivery aligns with approved budgets, timelines, quality standards, and contractual obligations.Monitor consultants' and contractors' performance against agreed KPIs and contractual requirements.Review and coordinate technical submissions, shop drawings, material approvals, and design changes.Manage project risks and recommend mitigation strategies.Coordinate value engineering initiatives to optimize project cost without compromising quality.Support tender evaluations and consultant/contractor selection processes.Ensure compliance with UAE building regulations, authority requirements, health & safety standards, and company policies.Prepare executive reports, project dashboards, presentations, and progress updates for senior management.Lead project coordination meetings and ensure timely follow-up on action items.Support project close-out activities, snagging, handover, and lessons learned documentation.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture (Master's Degree is an advantage).Professional certifications such as PMP or equivalent are preferred.ExperienceMinimum 25 years of progressive experience in project management and project coordination within real estate development, construction, or consultancy.Extensive UAE experience managing large-scale residential, commercial, hospitality, mixed-use, and master-planned developments.Proven experience coordinating projects from concept design through construction completion.Strong experience working with developers, consultants, project management consultants (PMC), contractors, and government authorities.Demonstrated success managing high-value, multi-million to multi-billion AED developments.Technical CompetenciesProject Planning & CoordinationDesign ManagementConstruction ManagementContract AdministrationCost & Budget ControlSchedule ManagementRisk ManagementValue EngineeringStakeholder ManagementConsultant & Contractor ManagementTechnical Problem SolvingQuality Assurance & Quality ControlUAE Building Codes and Authority ApprovalsHealth, Safety & Environmental ComplianceProject Reporting and GovernanceSoftware & SystemsMicrosoft ProjectPrimavera P6AutoCADRevit (preferred)Microsoft Office SuiteProject Management Information Systems (PMIS)Document Management Systems (Aconex, Procore, or similar)Key CompetenciesExcellent leadership and coordination skillsStrong technical and commercial acumenStrategic planning and decision-makingExceptional communication and stakeholder managementAnalytical thinking and problem-solvingNegotiation and conflict resolutionTime management and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple concurrent projectsHigh attention to detail and commitment to qualityResults-oriented with a proactive approach
