Project Coordinator - $100m Project

We are currently dealing with a well established Melbourne builder who has several new projects underway. They have work in the south eastern suburbs involving multi story developments. They are looking to add an experienced Project Coordinator with the view to progression with the business.In this role you will become part of a tight knit team on a carefully selected project for a repeat client. Your responsibilities will be varied across the site, depending on the nature of your experience but will cover the broad spectrum of project coordination duties. You will work closely with a Project and Site Manager, as well as the wider site team to ensure and oversee progress to time, cost, safety and quality objectives.To suit this role it is expected you have graduated from a building/construction degree and have gained at least 3-6 years experience working with a recognisable tier one or two commercial-industrial builder in Melbourne as either a Project Coordinator/Project Engineer. This is viewed as a longer term position as future work has already been secured. To fit within the current team you will need to be motivated, keen to learn and be a results oriented person looking to develop your career. Remuneration will suit a Senior Project Coordinator with a relevant background on projects over $30m.
