If you're ready to shape the future of gymwear and be part of something powerful, you’re in the right place.SQUATWOLF.COMRole Overview We’re looking for a Project Coordinator who genuinely lives and breathes fitness to take ownership of our 30x30 Fitness Hub from where we are today all the way to launch.You’ll be the person making sure everything comes together, the space, people, partners, logistics, timelines, experiences, and everything in between. You’ll work closely with the SQUATWOLF team, vendors, coaches, partners, and other stakeholders to make sure the project launches on time, on budget, and at the level we expect.Contract: Temporary / Project-basedDuration: 15th October 2026 – 4th December 2026
Office-based during preparation, on-site daily during November.Responsibilities Before Launch: October Own the project timeline, key deadlines and deliverables from start to launch.Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, partners, coaches and agencies.Oversee the setup of the space, including equipment, branding, furniture and logistics.Coordinate fitness programming, classes, activations and launch activities.Manage budgets, suppliers, approvals and day-to-day follow-ups.Identify issues early, solve them and keep the project moving.During the Project: NovemberBe the main point of contact on the ground and make sure everything runs smoothly.Coordinate daily classes, coaches, partners, activations, and events.Work closely with the team to deliver a great experience for the fitness community.Manage any last-minute changes or issues and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.Track feedback and make quick improvements throughout the project.What we’re looking forYou genuinely love fitness. You don’t just know the industry, you understand the community, the energy and what makes a great fitness experience.You’ve managed projects before and are comfortable owning lots of moving pieces at the same time.You’re organised, proactive, and naturally follow-up without needing someone to chase you.You’re practical and solution-oriented: when something goes wrong, your first thought is “how do we fix it?”You’re happy being on the ground, dealing with vendors, checking details, and making sure things are actually happening.Experience in fitness, sports, events, retail, hospitality, experiential or similar project-based environments is a strong plus.
