This position supports the planning, coordination, and execution of architectural components within ICT and construction projects, ensuring alignment between design, technical specifications, and client requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and updating project documentation, tracking timelines and deliverables, coordinating with internal engineering, construction, and audiovisual teams, and liaising with external vendors and stakeholders. The role involves reviewing drawings and technical submittals, assisting in resource scheduling, monitoring progress against project plans, and helping resolve design or coordination issues in collaboration with project managers and architects. The Project Coordinator also contributes to quality assurance, compliance with standards, and effective communication across all parties to keep projects on schedule and within scope.Qualifications Strong project coordination skills, including scheduling, documentation, and follow-up on tasks and deliverables.Foundational knowledge of architectural design principles and construction processes, especially in technology-integrated environments.Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams (architecture, ICT, construction, audiovisual, and security).Proficiency in common productivity and project tools (e.g., MS Office, project tracking software); familiarity with CAD or BIM tools is an advantage.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language proficiency is a plus.Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under defined timelines.Relevant bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or a related field.Previous experience in project coordination within ICT, construction, or architectural projects in the Gulf region is preferred.
