About UniversUnivers provides the world’s most comprehensive decarbonization system.Our EnOS platform connects operational technology with cloud intelligence to deliver real-time energy optimization, carbon monitoring, reporting, and abatement.Univers operates at global scale:360 million IoT devices connected840 GW of renewable energy under management800+ enterprise and public-sector customersWe help the world’s leading organizations reach net zero — and define what comes next.Project CoordinatorCoordinate and oversee project activities, actively contributing to project meetings to maintain alignment and support timely decision-making.Create detailed project plans covering schedules, budgets, resource planning, and key deliverables.Lead the full lifecycle of software projects, from initial planning and development through to deployment and handover.Monitor project progress, follow up on pending tasks, and proactively identify and remove potential roadblocks.Prepare and submit required documentation, track site progress, and regularly update project schedules and status reports.Act as the main point of contact between the technical team and business stakeholders to ensure clear communication and requirement alignment.Provide on-site support during testing and commissioning phases, including software installation, troubleshooting, and submission of technical documentation and drawings.Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Cantonese; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.Requirements:Degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science2- 3 years of total working experience is requiredPrior experience in Project coordinating, drafting, tendering and proposal estimation advantageousStrong communication skillsMultilingual in English, Mandarin and CantoneseExperience in handling AI Transformation projects in Hong Kong, as well as project drafting experience with Commercial Building clients and Public Sector customers advantageous
