As a Data Analyst in the Core Operations team, you will be delivering various projects aimed at strengthening the client’s ANZ’s operations and compliance position in addition to streamlining the driver sign up process.Roles and Responsibilities:Lead and execute compliance processes using Google Sheets and SQL (training provided).Manage end‑to‑end delivery of process improvement initiatives.Collaborate cross‑functionally to remove roadblocks and ensure project success.Support driver access initiatives, investigate key metric fluctuations, and partner with Product to roll out onboarding improvements.Key Requirements:2+ years of experience in problem solving, data analysis (Excel/GSheets, SQL), and project delivery.Strong communicator with proven stakeholder management skills.Confident problem solver who thrives in fast‑changing environments.Self‑starter with a high sense of ownership and a data‑driven mindset.Key Skills: Problem Solving | Critical Thinking | Project Management | Stakeholder Management | Communication | SQL | Data Analysis
