Services span interior design, space planning, renovation, and construction, providing clients with an end-to-end project experience.Role Description The Project Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore, responsible for supporting the successful delivery of renovation and design-and-build projects. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating project schedules, tracking milestones, and ensuring that timelines and budgets are met. The role involves liaising with clients, designers, contractors, and suppliers, preparing documentation, and maintaining clear communication to address project issues and changes. The Project Coordinator will assist with site visits, monitor progress and quality, and ensure that health and safety standards are followed. This role also supports administrative tasks such as preparing reports, organizing project files, and updating stakeholders on project status.Qualifications Strong project coordination skills, including scheduling, task tracking, and timeline management.Ability to communicate clearly with clients, designers, contractors, and suppliers, both verbally and in writing.Experience in interior design, construction, renovation, or related industries is highly beneficial.Solid organizational and documentation skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.Proficiency with common office and project management software (e.g., MS Office, spreadsheets, basic project tools).Capability to work on-site, conduct regular site visits, and support quality and safety checks.Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing project needs.Diploma or degree in project management, construction, interior design, or a related field is preferred.Prior experience in a coordination or administrative role within a project-based environment is an advantage.
