The organization works closely with Dalits, Adivasis, waste pickers, and informal sector workers to strengthen sustainable livelihoods, dignity, and self-respect. Team members join a mission-driven environment that values social justice, participation, and community empowerment.About the role We are looking for an experienced and committed Project Coordinator to lead and coordinate the Indian Labour Line (ILL) Project. The role involves managing project activities, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, supporting teams across districts, and contributing to the protection and promotion of the rights of workers in the unorganised sector.About India Labour Line(ILL)India Labour Line (ILL) works to restore dignity and protect the rights of unorganised sector workers through mediation, legal support, and advocacy.
