Project Coordinator

Verdant Landscapes is looking for an experienced Project Coordinator – Client & Operations to join our growing team in Dubai.This is a key office-based role responsible for coordinating our landscaping and swimming pool projects from award through to completion, acting as a central point of communication between our clients, project managers, site teams, designers, suppliers and management.We are looking for someone highly organised, proactive and confident dealing directly with clients.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a main point of contact for clients throughout their project.Provide clients with professional weekly project updates, including progress, upcoming works and any information or decisions required.Maintain and update project schedules and ensure key deadlines are being followed.Coordinate closely with Project Managers, Site Engineers and Foremen regarding project progress.Track outstanding client decisions, selections and approvals.Coordinate material selections, samples and approvals with clients.Manage and track procurement requirements, purchase orders and material deliveries.Liaise with suppliers to ensure materials are ordered and delivered in line with project schedules.Maintain project trackers covering procurement, approvals, variations and outstanding actions.Coordinate drawings, material submittals and other project documentation.Record and follow up on client-requested changes and project variations.Identify potential delays or issues early and escalate them to management.Assist with project handovers, snagging and close-out documentation.Ensure communication between the office, client and site teams remains clear and professional throughout each project.RequirementsPrevious experience working for a landscaping company in Dubai is mandatory.Minimum 3 years' UAE experience in a similar Project Coordinator / Project Administration / Client Coordination role.Experience coordinating multiple landscaping and/or swimming pool projects simultaneously.Excellent written and spoken English.Strong client communication skills.Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.Strong understanding of project scheduling, procurement and approvals.Confident working with suppliers, site teams and Project Managers.Strong Microsoft Excel, Word and general computer skills.Able to work independently and take ownership of tasks without constant supervision.About Verdant LandscapesVerdant Landscapes is a Dubai-based landscaping and swimming pool company specialising in the design and construction of premium outdoor spaces, including swimming pools, landscaping, outdoor living areas and complete garden transformations.We operate with our own in-house team and deliver projects across some of Dubai's leading residential communities.Please only apply if you have previous experience working within the Dubai landscaping industry.
