With a strong presence in Australia and a growing delivery hub in Colombo, Cube partners with enterprise clients to drive transformation, performance, and operational excellence.Currently on the market for a Project Coordinator to join our Project Management for a permanent opportunity in our office here in Melbourne, hybrid role that you must be located in Melbourne, Australia and able to come into the office two to three days a week.About the RoleThe Project Coordinator is responsible for the co-ordination and basic management of one or more small (low-medium risk) projects from initiation (acceptance from Sales) through to closure (billing) and to be responsible for the co-ordination and completion of all designated activities and tasks contained in the outcome estimate (time and materials) and simple statement of works.This role may also require the execution of project management duties to support the completion of other projects, under the guidance of the appropriate Program Manager and Senior Project Managers.The successful candidate will have strong administration experience within Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, meeting management, documentation, and administration skills are non-negotiableKey responsibilities:Monitor, manage, configure and support Core Network/Load Balancing and Network/Application Security solutionsLead, Build and maintain relationships with key technical staff in our Customers and Cube’s preferred vendorsDocument administration, support & management processes & proceduresProvide support within Service Level requirements of the CustomerOwnership & Resolution of critical problems and 2nd level escalationsFacilitate/participate in hand-overs and transition of projectsMaintain & grow technical understanding and keep up to date with security products and technology developmentsProvide mentoring and support to Associate Engineer staffIdentify, recommend and implement process improvements and efficiencies both internally and for customers as it relates to supporting Core Network and Network/Application Security environmentsAbout You:1-3 years as a PMO analyst or Project CoordinatorUnderstanding of the following technologies: Collaboration & Unified Communications, Wireless and mobility, Networking, Cyber Security, Cloud Technologies, Data Centre (Private/Public/Hybrid), Compute and StoragePrevious experience in co-ordinating complex MACDs, scheduling in Telecommunications Enterprise or SME organisationsRelevant industry certifications would be highly regarded such as; PMP, Prince2, ITIL, SAFe AgileGood knowledge of enterprise technology landscapeWhy Cube Networks?• Join a high-performing consultancy supporting leading enterprise clients• Collaborative, fast-paced delivery environment• Permanent opportunity with strong career growth potential• Exposure to impactful, large-scale transformation initiatives
