They deliver innovative solutions for their clients, in a range of niche markets including Data Centres, Utilities, Remote Power, and Process Environments. The business implements end to end design and project delivery for integrated solutions incorporating; large scale batteries, renewables, rotating generation, and associated electrical / mechanical systems.Supporting the Project and Operations Teams, this role is ideal for an organised professional with a good eye for detail, who thrives within a busy, collaborative team environment. Ideally, you’ll hold or be studying towards a bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or a related field. To really excel in this role, you’ll be able to demonstrate :High level of proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)Familiarity with the construction and / or engineering industryFamiliarity with MS Project and SharePointExperience with resource planning and KPI reportingExperience supporting projects through installation, testing, commissioning and handoverFamiliarity with site access, inductions, security clearances and workforce mobilisationExperience maintaining registers, coordinating meetings and producing accurate progress reportsPrevious use of document-control and construction-management platforms such as RIBCX or SimpelExperience working in a live construction environment with principal contractors, subcontractors, consultants and client representativesKey responsibilities of the role include :Workforce mobilisation, inductions, access requests and security clearancesDaily site records, attendance, labour numbers and productivity informationTwo- and six-week look-ahead coordinationMeeting scheduling, agendas, minutes and action registersRFI, technical submittal, design deliverable and document registersDelivery schedules, laydown requirements and cranage coordinationPermits, SWMS, ITPs and inspection records (while technical approval remains with the relevant engineer or manager.)Tracking installation completion and commissioning stages such as CX2, CX3, SAT, IST and handoverDefects, punch lists and outstanding-work registersCollation of test sheets, certificates, redlines, O&M manuals and handover evidenceCoordination between suppliers, electrical contractors, mechanical contractors, commissioning team and principal contractorWeekly progress reporting, including completed work, planned activities, delays, constraints and required decisionsHere’s what our client can offer you :Competitive salary and benefits packageOpportunities for professional growth and personal developmentA supportive and collaborative work environmentThe chance to contribute to the growth and success of an emerging company in the power and energy industryExciting and rewarding work on projects in a rapidly evolving clean power and energy industryIf this sounds like a challenge you would enjoy, please forward your application to find out more about the company and this opportunity to be a key part of a great team.
