As the first in Australia to introduce robotic manufacturing in construction, Modscape is proud to lead the way in innovative, future-focused building solutions.About the locationBased in Archerfield, you’ll join our growing Queensland operations in a collaborative and innovative modular construction environment.As we continue to grow, our Queensland operations are set to move into a new, architecturally designed office and manufacturing facility in Yatala in August 2027. This exciting next step will provide an enhanced workplace and manufacturing environment as we continue to expand our capabilities and lead innovation in modular construction.It’s an exciting time to join the team and be part of our growth journey.About the roleWe are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team in Archerfield.Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will play an important role in supporting the successful delivery of projects across all stages of the project lifecycle. Working closely with Contracts Administrators and the broader Project Team, you will coordinate project documentation, compliance requirements, procurement, reporting and day-to-day project administration.Your ability to stay organised, communicate effectively and maintain a high level of accuracy will be key to your success in this role.Your day to day will include:Supporting project establishment activities, including coordinating insurances, building approvals, council permits and building permits.Coordinating project documentation, correspondence, drawings and project information, ensuring records are maintained accurately and efficiently.Maintaining key project registers including Variations, EOTs, RFIs, SIs and Contract Registers.Supporting procurement activities, including sourcing and ordering materials and raising Purchase Orders through Jobpac.Assisting Contracts Administrators with financial and commercial administration, including fortnightly and monthly reporting, subcontracts and change orders.What you’ll bringRelevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.Experience in construction, project coordination, project administration or a similar role.Sound understanding of construction processes, with the ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.Experience supporting project execution, cost control, quality, safety and administration.Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative and team-oriented approach.High level of integrity, confidentiality and accountability when handling project and commercial information.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.Experience with Jobpac, Procore and/or Bluebeam will be highly regarded.Please note that Modscape does not offer visa sponsorships; to apply you must have full working rights in Australia.What we offerA full-time role with flexibility for the right candidate.A supportive, design-led workplace where collaboration is encouraged.Competitive salary package reflective of your skills and experience.The opportunity to grow with a company at the forefront of modular design and construction, leading innovation through robotics and sustainable practices.A workplace that values diversity, inclusion, and professional growth, where your contribution makes a direct impact on shaping the future of building in Australia.Diversity and Inclusion StatementWe embrace diversity and are committed to fostering an inclusive, respectful, and supportive workplace for all.
