We are currently recruiting for a Project Coordinator for our client who is an established supplier supporting major infrastructure projects across Australia.The role is to manage complex supply projects from sales handover through to delivery and close-out. You will act as the central coordination point across sales, procurement, suppliers, logistics and warehouse operations, ensuring every project remains on track.This is a fast-paced, hands-on role suited to someone highly organised, commercially aware and comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders at once.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate projects from sales handover through procurement, delivery, invoicing and close-out. Support project quotations by obtaining supplier pricing, availability and freight options.Raise and track purchase orders, supplier orders and project-specific procurement.Manage supplier lead times, inbound freight and delivery schedules. Coordinate logistics, kitting, packaging and site delivery requirements. Maintain clear project plans and ensure internal teams have the information required to execute. Proactively identify and resolve supply, logistics and delivery issues. Keep internal stakeholders and customers updated on project progress and risks. Coordinate project invoicing requirements and ensure jobs are closed out accurately. Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.Required ExperienceExperience in project coordination, logistics, procurement, freight, warehousing, supply chain or a similar coordination-focused role. Demonstrated experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and moving parts. Strong planning, organisation and time-management skills. Commercial awareness around cost, delivery timelines and project outcomes. Confident working with suppliers, logistics providers, internal teams and customers. Proactive problem-solving ability with strong attention to detail. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities. Strong systems capability, including Excel and ERP/CRM platforms.QualificationsRelevant qualifications in Project Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, Business or a related discipline are advantageous but not essential.
