Project Coordinator - Themed Entertainment/Creative Production📍 Birmingham | On-site💼 Permanent | Full-timeI'm working with an established creative design and production company looking for a Project Coordinator to join its Birmingham team.The company delivers complex, large-scale physical projects, and we're particularly interested in people coming from:🎢 Themed Entertainment & Attractions🎪 Experiential & Live Events🏗️ Exhibitions & Design & Build🎨 Creative Production🏢 Interiors / Fit-Out / ConstructionIf you're used to coordinating projects involving designers, production teams, fabricators, suppliers, contractors and on-site delivery, your experience is likely to translate well.The RoleYou'll work closely with Project Managers to keep multiple projects organised and moving - making sure information, deadlines, suppliers and internal teams remain coordinated.Responsibilities will include:Maintaining project schedules, trackers and action listsCoordinating across design, production, procurement and site teamsManaging project documentation, drawings and revisionsLiaising with clients, suppliers and contractorsSupporting procurement, quotations, POs and delivery trackingMonitoring deadlines, dependencies and potential project risksSupporting project reporting, cost tracking and project close-outAbout YouYou'll ideally already be working as a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator, Assistant Project Manager or Junior Project Manager within one of the sectors above.We're looking for someone who is:Highly organised and comfortable juggling multiple prioritiesConfident working across multidisciplinary project teamsDetail-focused, particularly with drawings and project documentationA strong communicator with clients, suppliers and internal teamsProactive and comfortable taking ownershipCalm when projects get busy and deadlines get tightConfident with Microsoft Office, particularly ExcelThis would be a particularly good move for someone who enjoys the creative/design side of project delivery but has the organisational mindset to keep complex physical projects on track.Interested?
