Job DescriptionWe're looking for a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Cairo, Egypt. In this role, you will be the backbone of our project operations, ensuring that all initiatives run smoothly, efficiently, and on schedule. You'll work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to coordinate activities, manage timelines, and drive projects toward successful completion. Coordinate with contractors, clients, and internal PMC team. Identify delays, issues, and technical problems. Ensure compliance with specifications and contract requirements. Attending site meetings and support in technical discussionsFollow up on RFIs, inspections, and approvals. Qualifications**Required Qualifications:**7+ years of proven experience in project coordination or project management within infrastructure, construction, or operational environmentsAdvanced expertise in project management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) with demonstrated application in complex projectsExtensive experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing contractor and client relationships at all organizational levelsExceptional organizational and time management skills with a proven track record of managing multiple concurrent projectsAdvanced written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to prepare comprehensive technical reports and executive summariesStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience identifying and resolving complex project challengesMeticulous attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy in documentation, compliance reporting, and contract administration**Preferred Qualifications:**Bachelor's degree in civil engineeringor a related fieldProject Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certificationExperience with project management software and digital coordination tools
